At Least Since 1987...
Twenty years. That’s how long we have been crafting Carly’s Gold Original Gourmet Mustard Sauce. But actually it started well before then. As a high school student living in historic Boston I began experimenting with flavors while working in a commercial kitchen. The kitchen was some 230 years old. The place seemed ancient, but it evoked deep tradition and quality. It demanded humility and respect. And it left a lasting impression on me.

A Philosophy Of Balance
That same respect is captured in Carly’s Gold. That is, respect for food. We use only fresh, natural ingredients to create an open, unrestrained, clean taste. Our goal is to complement food, not overwhelm or suffocate. This is the essence of life in Colorado’s Aspen Valley. And just like our locale Carly’s Gold is rich, bold and gold.
Our philosophy is simple:
Cook with balance. Go slow. Enjoy the experience. Enjoy the fullness of flavor and life!
