• Shrimp or scallops
• Salmon fillet
• Baked ham
• Vegetables (grilled or sautéed onions, Portobello mushrooms, eggplant, steamed cauliflower)
• Rice or risotto (as a topping or mix)
Some pointers:
• Carly’s Gold tastes best with lean cuts of meat.
• Always trim any visible fat, and use only skinless poultry.
