Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Carly’s Gold
• 2 lbs. salmon fillets, skinned
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1 scallions or small bunch of green onions
In a baking pan combine orange juice and Carly’s Gold. Wisk until well blended. Add chopped scallions and salmon fillets. Marinate one hour. Grill, turning over once. When done, serve with your favorite side dish of vegetables and pasta.
