| Sautéed Shrimp or Scallops |

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Carly’s Gold
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves minced garlic
• 1 lb. large shrimp, or scallops
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Add 1/2 cup of Carly’s Gold and sauté five minutes over medium heat, or until cooked. Add remaining 1/2 cup of Carly’s Gold. Heat, then serve over angel hair pasta
