Ingredients:

• 1 jar (2 cups) Carly’s Gold
• 3 lbs. lean tri-tip steak
• 1 lb. button mushrooms, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 6 stalks celery with leaves, chopped
• 2 cups beef stock
• 2 cups vegetables (carrots, zucchini, or yellow squash), medium sliced
Combine all ingredients into a slow cooker. Cook for 4-8 hours. Stir one or two times. When done, serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
